Wandering the World

There are perhaps very few people that get the opportunity to travel, wandering all around the world on their vacations and there are even fewer that are able to do it whilst working and so therefore not have to take vacations in order to travel. Some fortunate people though, like the Wandering Trader can. The wandering trader is a trader in commodities on the stock market and although at one time that meant, as a trader, they were restricted to the stock exchange where they made their trades in the pit on the floor of the exchange, due to the internet the traders can make their trades from anywhere. Of course in most cases that anywhere is the office assigned to the trader by their investor employers but in some instances, where the trader has started to trade their own investments, they are free to set up a temporary office anywhere where there is an internet access. This means that some of today’s traders can trade from where ever they wish to travel in the world and thereby complete their business and see some major tourist attractions on the same day. As Buenos Aires is a capital city, the capital city of Argentina, it of course has good internet connections and so is one destination where a travelling trader can easily set up a temporary office to make their trades from. If they do decide to set up office in Buenos Aires, between trading the trader will be able to visit such places as the Presidential Palace. The Presidential Palace is better known in Buenos Aires as Casa Rosada and is the building which perhaps became famous around the world due to Madonna standing on its balcony singing “Don’t Cry for ME Argentina” in the movie Evita. The movie Evita is based on the story of Evita Perón, the wife of one of Argentina’s presidents and a woman that captured the hearts of all the Argentinian people.

Argentina is perhaps best known around the world for two things and those two things are football and the Tango, both of which a visitor to Buenos Aires will be able to experience the minimum of trouble. As Buenos Aires is home to many of Argentina’s football clubs, it is relatively easy to get to watch one match or another but as Argentinians are very passionate about the game, it is perhaps better for a visitor to Buenos Aires to attend a match as a member of an organize group. The Argentinian capital offers visitors two ways in which to experience the tango. The first is to go to one of the many performances by professional dance couples that fully display the excitement and glamour that has made the tango such a spectacular dance. Alternatively, instead of just watching the tango being performed by professionals, a visitor can try and give their own performance in one of the many dance venues in the city. Either way, when you leave Buenos Aires you will be in love with the tango for the rest of your life.
